Early Years pathways for children birth to 5 years are available, accessible, and culturally safe.
How Will We Do It?
Identify existing strengths of each early year's services and build capacity in terms of a collaborative community approach.
Identify the needs and wants of young families in the Warwick community and align these with current services.
Identify and address potential gaps in service application.
How Will We Know We Have Made a Difference?
Increased the number of children who are developmentally on track in one or more areas of the AEDC data.
Increased participation of children birth to 3 years in early years programs.
Families are supported and motivated to navigate early years pathways.
Transition to school meets each child's individual needs.
