Council offers a collection service for the elderly, disabled, or medically immobilised who are unable to put their bins out for collection. The Cleanaway drivers will collect the bins from your property and return the bins once emptied.
The service is only offered if there are no residents at the property capable of putting the bins out for collection.
Residents must provide Council with a confirmation letter or medical certificate from a medical practitioner.
